This new enclosure has been wonderful! It has added beauty to my home and has allowed me to feel that I have more of nature in my home. I can sit in it in all kinds of weather! What a nice gift. My friends love it too and I think a few may even do something similar.

The true test of the windows came during the December snow storm. We are up on a hill and get a lot of wind. In the three days we did not have power the only heat in our house was a wood stove in the basement. Even with the bitter cold wind and temps the living level of our home never dropped below 67-68 degrees. I don’t believe that would be possible without the new Champion Windows.

My wife and I are very happy with the product, process, and personnel so far encountered at Champion in Asheville. The contact and sales person, John Ard, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and personable in helping us through the complexities of choosing an appropriate room for both our setting and our budget. I have met many “salesmen” in my 67 years and generally have found them too aggressive or otherwise off-putting in their attempts to sell me their idea of what I ask for. John Ard did not do this and thus won our respect and our business. He listened to our suggestions, offered his help in choosing the right product and even brought along his construction consultant to be sure the little details were adequately explained and consistent with Champion’s engineering abilities. I was referred to the Asheville store by John Kuhl at the Greensboro Champion store. Kudos to him also. The room was completed yesterday and is even better than we hoped for. The quality of the construction is wonderful and our view of the mountains enhanced by the large areas of glass possible. Many thanks to Tony Street and his crew (Pierce and Ken) for the timely completion even with the inclement weather that has plagued us this winter. Tony was especially great to work with and added that extra touch that marks a master craftsman with integrity. Many thanks for the products you offer and the people we have met so far. First class, and this just adds immeasurably to the pride we take in our new room, and the real value it adds to the property.

We just wanted to say Thank You for doing such a wonderful job on our room. The day we came by to talk to you about building a room was one of the best days we can remember. Eddie has always wanted a room like this and has always worked hard to have one built and I thank God every day that he make it possible for me to make my son’s dream come true. I recently had Champion Windows installed and wanted to share my experience with others that may be considering replacement windows. I am a realtor , so I know the value that it will add to my home, but I am also pleased in many areas of this transaction. I have an older cottage and decided that I was tired of paying high heating bills . I started my search online and talked to many other sources. I then had Champion and a competitor come to do a presentation. Back to the drawing board of checking everything that I was told by the representatives.
