What a difference!!

In January we had 18 replacement windows installed. The entire process was fast, professional and entirely satisfactory. We can already see a difference the double pane windows make - no more drafts and chill! The quality is top-notch and they even act to abate noise from the outside! Would recommend Champion to everyone.

I just want you to know how pleased we are with the 10 windows that were installed in our home additions. Adding these windows officially increased the amount of floor space. The room is not used as a den and is very suitable, tot too cold or hot, which allows my disabled husband to relax in it comfortably. Your assistance and the installation crew did an excellent and professional job. They also look very nice from the outside of the home.

Our house is our biggest asset. After having just moved into a brand new home, we realized our windows and doors were inefficient. Our new house windows were wooden, millwork windows. Looking for and replacing our windows was an immediate priority as we were losing money every month because of their inefficiency. We had shopped different window vendors. I just wanted to tell you how very happy we are with our new windows! Last year, you took care of all of our main floor windows and right away, we noticed a difference on our heating and cooling bills! That was HUGE! I can hardly hear traffic passing in front of my house. Even the noise from low flying aircraft on approach to Dayton A/P is greatly diminished! The sound suppressor aspect of these windows is incredible and much appreciated! I can’t say enough about these windows except if the next house I move to doesn’t have Champion Windows, I won’t wait 15 years like I did here to have them installed!

While we are excited about the upcoming installation of our new entryway and new master bathroom window, we wanted to reiterate how pleased we are with our new half round/picture window. Not only is it impressive to look at from the outside of the house, but it has done wonders for the interior of our home! From day one we noticed the reduction of the UV rays coming into the foyer and second floor. We are no longer concerned about that type of damage to our hardwood floors and carpets. With that said, we still enjoy the amount of light that flows into the house. Aside from the cosmetic and aesthetic benefits, we also have noticed that there’s no longer a draft on the second floor landing! Now we look forward to reaping the benefits on our utility bills.

My house is almost 20 years old and had single pane windows, which were an energy drain. Since having the new Champion windows put in last fall, my energy bills are lower than previous years. I am very happy with how the windows look, too (no more rusty levers and peeling paint on the wood frame). I wish I would have had the new windows years ago.

I have to say the best part of the window is the tiny security feature that pretty much goes unnoticed to the naked eye. Once we popped out the safety devices on the window we no longer need to worry about someone opening the windows more than the 2 inches and with 3 little children running around that is one great feature to have. We’ve had several neighbors stop by and inquire about our windows and one called Champion the next day and had their home done. We are glad we called Champion and so will you.

We have noticed a HUGE difference in our comfort thanks to the new windows. This past winter was so very colder for so much longer than I know. In any other year, I would have had the space heaters going, heavy sweaters on, and three blankets on the bed. This year, I threw out the space heaters and enjoyed so much more comfort. The difference this past winter was Amazing!! I could open up the shades and there was no freezing blast of air. Thank you.

In January 2009 we bought and had installed one of your sliding glass patio doors. In November 2009 we had a home invasion. Effort was made to pry around the lock and door frame to force the door open; also a rock was used to try to break the glass. The invaders were not able to break in through our door. Great Door!

Our first experience with Champion was in 2007. Our window replacement then was a success from the sale through installation. Mack Scaife, the Sales representative, was very knowledgeable of the product and took his time explaining it to us, as we arrived without an appointment. After we bought the windows, the two follow up visits to the house for measurements, went very well. The employees arrived as promised. The installation of the windows was a pleasant experience. The installers arrived on time. They were very professional. They left the property as they found it, removed the old windows and scrap pieces. They were great to work with.

We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of construction of the windows. In particular, the exterior color (cream) is almost a perfect match of the existing trim on our house. The installation crew was superb. When I saw that only two men were doing the job, I had serious doubts that they would finish the job in one day as had been stated. However, they did complete the job, cleaned up the debris, and departed by five thirty the same day. They were able to remove the old windows and install the new ones with absolutely no damage or marring to any of the interior woodwork, for which we are very grateful. On Sunday evening, November 29, 2009 we were all tucked in, sleeping without a care in the world. At 11:15 p.m. we heard sounds coming from our back door. Three young men were taking turns using a steel pole as a battering ram to gain entrance into our home. You talk about scary! But to no avail! The door stood strong. There are a few dings and scratches, but the door is still solid. The glass was not broken, the door knob was still intact and all was safe. Our Champion windows look amazing. We didn’t think we could go with vinyl windows, because our house has black trim and everyone else we talked to only had white or tan vinyl windows. Champion has OPTIONS…something no other company had. So, our new Champion windows have black trim that looks like the black trim of our old windows. Our new windows enhance the beauty of our home. They are maintenance free while being beautiful at the same time!
