As you know, you had some unusual logistic obstacles to deal with for this project. We can’t say enough about the crew we had. Dale and Roy were great to work with and they make a good team. They were professional, the workmanship excellent and they were responsive to questions, possible problems and provided solutions. Thomas, as the supervisor was always available if there were more serious issues, as were you. We had some major unrecognized design issues that we were not apparent until we looked at extending the existing roof plan as per the contract. While we could have retained that old roof with a beam protruding midway, you came up with a better approach with a reasonable price for the out of scope effort. That change made a dramatic difference to the appearance. It really enhances the look and room size. The existing screened porch roof was demolished. The roof was redone with your roofing panel system, tied in to the house and matched the existing shingle. In addition to providing gutters for the addition, you removed my old gutters and replaced them to match.
You have our sincere thanks and appreciation for all of the help you and Champion provided throughout this project. Great job. Great Product. Great company!

Thank you so much for our gorgeous new home. I would never be able to express what a total difference it has made. It looks like a totally new home.
Our two story house was always horribly hot in the summer even with bot of our air-conditioning systems never turning off. Then came Champion! The salesman was very informative, friendly and low pressure. The windows have made an unbelievable difference in temperature in the house- even with all the shades pulled up during the hot part of the summer.
Everything was wonderful- better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you so much.

Excellent Job!
As a repeat Champion customer, we added onto our existing patio room to enclose an indoor pool. Every inch was customized to meet our needs. It meant removing, rebuilding, extending our foundation and glass room. We also needed a concrete, elevated area to support 28,000 lbs of water and pool. The room is spectacular, and I understand it is one of the largest rooms champion has built (1100 sq. ft.) It looks as if it was built with the original home. Thank you again for the great job.
