Dear Jody, I just had to let you know how much we enjoy our new patio room. It feels like we have put on a whole new room on to the back of our house at a fraction of the costs of adding on. It was such a pleasure dealing with you and all the people who worked over here to make this room all that it is. Tom is a great guy and I felt like I never had to worry if he was going to show up everyday. He was her everyday and worked hard all day. The other contractors were just as great. Please tell them how much we think of them and their work. The carpet came out great and all was taken care of. The furniture is now in place and of course, we had to buy a new flat screen TV to put in there. Just a few finishing touches and it will be complete.

I would like to thank you for a wonderful job selling and installing our new windows this summer. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly; and always willing to help. We have also recently used our lifetime warranty when the dog pushed through the screen, with no hassles. So far, the customer service has been flawless and we are proud owners of new, energy efficient windows. The day after our windows were installed, both neighbors commented on how nice they looked and how energy efficient they were going to be in our 1960s constructed home. We are really enjoying the new windows.

We had an unfortunate business dealing with another home improvement company before contacting Champion. My husband scheduled an appointment with Justin, with the help of Jody, for an estimate on replacing our windows. We had to think about it because we had just lost a $3,000 down payment to another company which never intended to replace the windows. Justin came to our home, was very informative, helpful, considerate and thorough. We made our decision. A few weeks later Ed and EJ arrived at 8:00a.m. and finished by 2:00p.m. They were pleasant and worked continually until the job was done. They also did a great job cleaning up the debris. We are very pleased with out new windows and the consideration and professionalism we experienced. We even received two follow up calls….Justin and a lady from the Champion office. What great treatment!

Your company recently renovated my sun room and I wanted you to know that I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The former room was very outdated with jalousie windows that leaked leaving the room subject to moisture and bugs. Now, I have a bright new room with wonderful windows and great sliding glass doors that is weather and bug proof! I would like to thank in particular, Tom, the lead contractor and Tim the installer. My name is Karen Pope and I purchased Champion Windows for my house almost 2 years ago. My family had just moved into the house and knew right away we needed to replace the windows. My husband and I decided we would get 3 or 4 quotes and then decide on whom to go with. The first company we met with was Champion Windows. They came to our house in the evening after work when my husband and I were both available. Despite our intentions of getting numerous proposals we signed that night!!! We were so impressed with our salesman and with Champions warranty and guarantees on their products. Now, 2 years later, I have even better news. We have level billing on our gas bill for our home and we just learned our bill went down 30% over the last 2 years. They told me that would happen when I bought the windows but I wasn’t so sure….Now I am a believer!!!!! We love our windows and patio door and we love the fact they are helping us save money too.

Rick, I was going to wait until all the work we contracted for was complete but I feel compelled to send this to you while work is still underway. It was a very fortunate trip to the home improvement show for Peggy and I that led us to choosing Champion. Your professional approach, clear explanation of the products and the company’s excellent reputation convinced us that we needed to choose Champion. Our project had some special requirements such as picture windows and challenging contours in our home’s trim. In short, the windows and doors are not just a first class, great looking product; the installers were absolutely top shelf. It was easy to see they were highly experienced and they were also sincerely courteous. They had to do some extra work to accommodate our window-well mounted shades. That in itself was extremely important. Today, the trim work began. Once again, your courteous professional shows up and we look at the work together. He explains that he wants to assemble some options for me to look at regarding the aluminum wrap. Am I dreaming or what? The expert wants my opinion! Bottom line, the work has a long way to go but I know that it will be the best I could ever hope for. The experience from the beginning is one I would recommend to anyone.

Rick Koebel is a professional with a wealth of product knowledge. He was highly positive and built our confidence throughout the purchase. Champion was not the most or the least expensive but, the quality of the people and the quality of the product is a great combination.

First of all, I was always skeptical of having replacement windows put in, I always felt that they would look like just that and not look like they were built, when the house was built. I went to the Dayton Home Show and saw different vendors and I chose Champion Windows, because of the quality of your product. Others I looked at, just didn’t seem to have the same quality, also I like the fact you make them yourself. These windows have cut down on the outside noise quite a bit. Now back to the first part of my letter, About having replacement windows put in, I always felt that they would look like just that and not look like they were built when the house was built. Well I have some friends that went and had the economy priced windows put in from another company, so I had to go look at the outside of their windows and boy is there a difference, it looked like they put them in, caulked them and left. You know you work hard for your money and you want to get your money’s worth. When you have Champion Windows install your windows, you can be sure you are getting your money’s worth. We are so pleased with your products, now we are looking to have some doors replaced.
