The factory representative Randy was very professional; no high pressure sales, the windows sell themselves. After watching the in home demonstration, there was no need to entertain other options. The price, the windows, and all of the energy benefits, just fit our budget perfectly. Easy installation of the windows. Bobby and Chris were very courteous and knowledgeable. No mess was left behind and removal of all old materials. Jealous neighbors and friends have remarked about how much improvement the windows have made. I am very pleased with the job that Champion Windows & Enclosures in Ft. Wayne did with the conversion of my screened porch to a 3-season porch. In addition to the windows and door installation, I wanted the trim around my garage doors wrapped in vinyl. Champion indicated they would also do that work. We replaced all of our home windows with Champion Comfort 365 windows and we are extremely satisfied. The installers were prompt, efficient, and courteous. It was amazing to watch how quickly they removed the old windows and installed the new. We even had two windows enlarged in our bedrooms to meet egress codes and they did this with little mess. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We were left with a neat fresh new look.
