I have to say that my experience with this process was made very easy by your staff, from your salesman, Matt, the guy that measured and the installer. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were all very courteous and patient with my questions. Eric even secured the wood work around one window (that I loosened) and made an adjustment to my front door latch to stop the sticking. That was above and beyond. My windows are very nice, no drafts around them and the trim job in front looks great. Thanks to all.
