I was so impressed by the breadth of his presentation and the time spent with me, that I decided to purchase the windows without pursuing any additional bids. The technician who measured the windows was prompt and extremely nice. The two installers were wonderful! Knowing that I have been critically ill and can not be subjected to toxins, they took every step they could to ensure that there would be no smells. Indeed, they prudently kept the windows open while caulking. Plus, they kept the windows wide open at the completion of the installation. For their caring manner, I am very grateful.
