Branch Operations Manager
60-75K Base + Bonus Program
The OperationsManagerisresponsible forcoordinating the field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors) and inside office operations. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules,assistingwith recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed,monitoringwork progress,maintaina high levelofcustomercommunication,managelabor expenses,oversee inventory,order materials as needed,management reports,supervise and train operations staff, resolve service requests, other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Work Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in construction field operations, with a focus onbathrooms, doors,siding, andwindows.
Good problem-solving skills arerequired. Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently.
Mustbe well organized and have the ability to think on your feet.
Must be proactive in your approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and be able to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both our customers and our employees/subcontractors.
