Branch Sales Manager

Salary plus bonus (200-250K)

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving metrics within the branch. This role involves hiring and managing a team of Sales Representatives, assigning leads, providing on-the-ground coaching, and resolving customer issues. The BSM will foster a high-energy, results-oriented environment to maximize branch productivity and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales personnel.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

· Proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics.

· In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and territory management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.

· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Ability to adapt coaching styles to meet the diverse needs of Sales Representative

Education and Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with a demonstrated record of success.

· Experience in direct sales and team leadership is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to travel within the branch territory, including conducting ride-alongs with Sales Representatives.

· Must be able to operate standard office equipment and engage in extensive verbal communication.

· Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks in various environments, including on-site customer visits.

Benefits/Compensation:

Compensation: Salary plus bonus totaling 200-250K.
