Responsibilities
Position Overview
We’re seeking an Inbound Marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide top-notch customer service. This role is also known as Appointment Specialist, Call Center Representative, or Customer Service Representative—so if you’ve worked in any of these roles, you’ll be a great fit here!
Responsibilities
· Answer and manage inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner.
· Schedule and confirm appointments using our CRM system.
· Verify and accurately input customer information into the database.
· Provide clear, accurate details about products and services.
· Meet or exceed performance goals (appointments set, call quality, etc.).
· Deliver a positive, customer-first experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
· Customer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred (not required).
· Basic computer and data entry skills.
· Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends.
· Available for shifts from 12 PM - 9 PM Wednesday-Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
· $17.00 – $18.00 per hour + bonus opportunities.
· Paid training and ongoing support.
