We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Marketing & Media Coordinator to join our growing team. In this in-office role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Director of Marketing to help drive leads and revenue across our core businesses. Your primary focus will be on planning, buying, monitoring, and analyzing campaign data to fuel smarter decisions and real results.

• Assist in the planning, buying, proofing, monitoring, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
• Support annual planning activities, market research, and media buying decisions.
• Make informed, data-backed recommendations to drive leads across multiple channels while managing corporate and branch-level budgets.
• Own the Direct Mail strategy across major brands - managing vendors, optimizing performance, and leading ongoing improvements.
• Lead third-party lead generation programs (PPL) - negotiating with partners, tailoring strategies per branch, and optimizing based on data. Collaborate with the digital team to ensure we’re hitting KPIs.
• Review daily lead data from vendors to ensure accurate attribution and crediting.
• Collaborate with the creative team to proof marketing materials, ensuring alignment with media plans and execution schedules.
• Work with the creative team to proof and verify that all scheduled media runs as contracted.
• Deliver weekly reporting to vendors as needed and assist in month-end reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Jump into department projects and research initiatives as they arise.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications

2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
