We have an immediate need for a Sales Team Lead.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible to hire, train, and manage an effective sales team. Weekly meetings with your sales team to train them to their highest potential. Ride along with sales representatives for in home sales. Monthly volume goals to hit as an office, along with personal sales goals. Minimal travel. Massive potential within the company for future promotions and growth.

• 2-4 years in home sales
• 2-3 years in management
• Remodeling sales is a bonus
