Overview

The Bath Authority - Service Supervisor

The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing service scheduling and coordination on all Bath Authority projects. The Service Supervisor position will oversee service coordinating of all TBA locations. Responsible for scheduling of Service Technicians and 1099 Crew, this position maintains communication with our customers throughout the service and ensures complete customer satisfaction. The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning revenue/profitability and meeting those monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. The Service Supervisor will collaborate with the Director of Operations and Customer Care Manager in continuing improvement efforts to improve customer satisfaction, reduce services and increase profitability. In addition, this position will be responsible for the management of Accounts Receivables and Collection efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day Service Coordination of all TBA locations.
  • Review all paperwork to ensure its clarity and completeness to meet the expectations of our customer and the company’s profitability.
  • Review services with Director of Operations and Installation Managers as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings with customers and Installation Supervisors to review difficult and/or complicated service calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Services Report completed by regular review of service issues. Work with Installation Supervisors on any consistent installation issues or training opportunities for the installation team.
  • Manager all A/R and Collections processes to ensure A/R is within target range.
  • Other duties as appointed by the Operations Leadership Team

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience in management of people and/or general construction.
  • Experience in dealing with various trades and sub-contractors is a plus.
  • Must have experience in customer relations and good problem-solving skills are required.
  • Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently in our IT systems, and experience with Excel a plus.
  • Must be well organized and have the ability to think on your feet.
  • Must be proactive in your approach to managing.
