The Bath Authority - Warehouse/Installation Manager

$60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary

As the Warehouse/Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing installation teams, and ensuring the efficient delivery, storage, and installation of bathroom products. This role requires strong technical knowledge of bathroom fittings, plumbing systems, and installation standards, as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills.

MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL WET AND DRY SPACE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE.

Warehouse Management

· Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of bathroom products

· Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize losses or damages

· Maintain proper storage of all items ordered

· Coordinate deliveries to installation sites and customers

· Ensure warehouse health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met

Installation Management

· Assist with schedule, and supervise bathroom installation projects

· Manage and support installation teams

· Ensure installations meet company quality standards, technical specifications

· Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and resolve installation issues

· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Technical Responsibilities

· Provide technical guidance on bathroom layouts, plumbing connections, drainage, and product compatibility

· Troubleshoot installation problems and provide effective solutions

· Review drawings, measurements, and installation plans

· Ensure correct use of tools, materials, and installation methods

Team & Performance Management

· Train, supervise, and evaluate installation staff

· Allocate tasks and manage workloads efficiently

· Enforce company procedures, safety rules, and best practices

· Address performance issues and support skill development

Coordination & Administration

· Liaise with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

· Manage installation reports, delivery notes, and job completion records

· Handle customer complaints related to delivery or installation and ensure prompt resolution

· Assist management with planning, reporting, and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in warehouse management and bathroom installation

· Strong technical knowledge of bathroom installation, plumbing, and fittings

· Leadership and team management skills

· Ability to read technical drawings and plans

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Health & safety awareness

· Computer literacy (inventory systems, basic reporting)

Preferred Qualifications

· Min 2 years’ experience bathroom Installation, plumbing, or construction

· Relevant trade certifications or technical qualifications

· Project management experience

· Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Working Conditions

· Combination of warehouse, site, and office-based work

· May require lifting, site travel, and flexible working hours
