Overview
YHIC- Contact Center Dispatcher
Your Home Improvement Company is looking for a full-time Dispatcher in our marketing room. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 12:00PM-9PM. Experience from a call room is preferred, but not necessary, as we will be willing to train the right Candidate. Pay is $18.00/hour plus bonuses.
Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:
- Assigning confirmed appointments to ensure sales team efficiency.
- Making prompt, informed decisions to address challenges and provide solutions.
- Effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks to support daily operations.
- Demonstrating strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
- Utilizing data entry skills to navigate and update our computer system.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a related role.
- Strong Customer Experience skills
- Proficiency in typing and data entry.
- A strong knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and surrounding regions.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Active listening skills and exceptional verbal communication.
- Strong character, critical thinking abilities, and sound judgment.
- The ability to thrive under pressure.
