I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you provided on the sale of our windows. We couldn’t be happier. We immediately appreciated the workmanship and the ease of operating and cleaning the windows. It’s taken a few months for us to write to you, as we wanted to see how efficient the windows would be during the winter. After going through this past cold December, we are convinced Champion windows live up to their claim. We have oil heat. In the past two months, we’ve used 200 gallons of fuel LESS than previous winters and the season isn’t over yet! We turn our heat down to 60 at night and wake up to the inside temperature sill at 63 or 64 degrees. This has never happened before. Our furnace used to come on several times during the night. We are comfortably warm now, and the house is quieter too. The installer did a wonderful job as well. He was quick, clean, professional, and friendly. How he did all that work alone and so quickly was a mystery. He was amazing. Now we look forward to enjoying a cooler home in the summer. When we can afford it, out next project will be to replace the downstairs family room windows, and patio door with Champion.

One morning last week when it was 6 degrees F. outside, I opened the blinds to look at the digital thermometer (it showed inside and outside temperature); the inside temperature read 70 degrees F. I checked the heat pump thermostat and it read 72 degrees F. I was amazed there was only 2 degrees difference in the reading. There was no condensation on the inside of the windows. This shows how well my Champion windows were insulating my house. These windows insulate so well, I can hardly hear any outside noise. When the sunlight is shining directly through the windows, you can barely feel any heat. I heat 2600 sq.ft.. I am on a budget plan with the power company and my heat bill is approximately $80.00 each month. I know Champion windows are more expensive than some replacement windows, but they are definitely worth it. My windows were professionally installed 2 years ago. They still look and work as well as the day they were first put in our house. Gary, you and your staff, have been really good to work with. I would be glad for any future customers to give me a call, if they have any questions about these replacement windows. I don’t think there is a better window on the Market.

First of all, I was always skeptical of having replacement windows put in, I always felt that they would look like just that and not look like they were built, when the house was built. A little over a year ago I had all new windows put in my home by your company. I purchased Champion Windows for all of the excellent features. To make a long story short on September 8th 2009 my home was burglarized. They tried to pry open the kitchen window a Champion Window, with a crowbar and could not pry open on two attempts on two different areas of the kitchen window and failed to break in through the kitchen window. They then tried the only window that was not replaced with a Champion Window and gained entry into my home and they stole a few items. I wish I had replaced that window too! It started with a visit to their showroom at 4717 Broadmoor Ave SE Ste J Grand Rapids, MI and our cheerful welcome by their receptionist who insisted that she was not a sales person, but never the less showed us their display of Champion windows and explained how energy efficient they were. She made an appointment for a sales person to come to our home to demonstrate the efficiency of the low – E 365 double pained windows, and quote the cost of replacing our old aluminum windows. I was quite impressed to see the difference of heat transference through different types of glass. We were sold on the idea right there. The windows seemed quite expensive, but with the $1500 tax rebate, projected energy savings, the better appearance of our home, and the potential of increased value, life-time warranty, and the discovery of quietness after installation how could we lose? The installers were here on time and worked quickly and skillfully. They even removed their shoes whenever they came into the house. The installers cleaned up themes of the old windows, cleaned the frames, and left a happy couple ready to show off their new windows to family and friends.
