Business Bureau Announces New Board Members
The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado has named Matt Colligan, division manager of Champion Windows of Colorado Springs to its board of Directors.
In 2009, Champion Windows, received the “Excellence in Customer Service” (EICS) award from the Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region Foundation, Inc. The EICS program enlists the services of independent evaluators who analyze the participating companies’ existing customer service system. Evaluators use criteria based on the national Malcolm Baldrige award given by the Baldrige National Quality Program. Companies are measured against standards and do not compete against other companies.
