We just love our new windows!! From start to finish every employee was friendly, efficient, and courteous. Jeanne was our factory representative and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product and explained the windows to us well. Ed, the production manager, was patient and efficient in taking the window measurements, answered all of our questions and picked the perfect installers for us! Bill and Irene, our amazing installers were professional and meticulous and they gave new life to our house that introduces out neighborhood and everyone who drives or walks by has made a very positive comment to us. The new windows really made our home look fresh and update again. We would highly recommend Champion Windows to anyone seeking to purchase windows. The lifetime warranty Champion provides and the fact that you can pass it on to the next purchaser of your home was a real selling feature to us. We would do it again in a heartbeat! I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you provided on the sale of our windows. We couldn’t be happier. We immediately appreciated the workmanship and the ease of operating and cleaning the windows. It’s taken a few months for us to write to you, as we wanted to see how efficient the windows would be during the winter. After going through this past cold December, we are convinced Champion windows live up to their claim. We have oil heat. In the past two months, we’ve used 200 gallons of fuel LESS than previous winters and the season isn’t over yet! We turn our heat down to 60 at night and wake up to the inside temperature sill at 63 or 64 degrees. This has never happened before. Our furnace used to come on several times during the night. We are comfortably warm now, and the house is quieter too. The installer did a wonderful job as well. He was quick, clean, professional, and friendly. How he did all that work alone and so quickly was a mystery. He was amazing. Now we look forward to enjoying a cooler home in the summer. When we can afford it, out next project will be to replace the downstairs family room windows, and patio door with Champion.
